About United Staging

OUR VISION

An industry where safety is prioritized and creativity thrives.

OUR HISTORY

In 1986, United Staging & Rigging was established to fulfill the New York City entertainment market's need for a reliable local source of staging and rigging rentals and services. With the expansion of our client base, in 1999, we opened our Boston facility to serve the greater New England area.

We’ve continued to grow and, in 2015, we created our own line of UNI products to better serve the needs of those in the entertainment industry. First came our UNI-Dec stage decking with specialized extrusions for customized attachments. Next came our patented UNI-Bloc ballast system in 2017. In 2019, we came out with our UNI-Keder system.

And in 2022, we came out with UNI-Bloc Jr., a smaller UNI-Bloc for the times you need less weight and a smaller footprint with all of the versatility of the original.

We provide staging and rigging services and equipment throughout the USA for all types of live events, tv, and film. In 2020, we proudly completed our first international project in Managua, Nicaragua, building on the side of a live volcano for a tv event.

We continue to grow and innovate.  We provide top-quality products and services, along with highly skilled and continuously trained industry experts. If you are in need of staging and rigging equipment or expertise for your event, please call us or use our contact page to get in touch.

We look forward to making your event ideas come to life.
