Payment Walk-Thru

This year, we’re using SimpleTix for class registration. This system makes it easier to buy tickets for yourself or your employees in one place.
When you click any registration button, a pop-up will appear with the available tickets. If you don’t see a pop-up, or can’t turn off your pop-up blocker, you can go to the direct registration page here: https://unitedstaging.simpletix.com/f/2127
On this page, click the number of tickets you want to buy.  Once single classes open, you can pick the number of tickets per class you want (ie: you can choose a different amount of tickets to purchase for each class).
Once you pick the tickets you want, click the “Checkout” button and the payment and information page will show.

On the check out page, first enter your (the buyer's) contact information at the top (see yellow outline).

If you want the tickets to get texted along with emailed, check the "Send eTickets via text message" box.

Next, you will see (yellow outline) a section to put each attendee's information. Please have this information on hand, as there is a 45-minute time limit to complete your registration.

If you are buying for youself, you can click the orange "Copy from above" button and it will copy your info from the top.

Likewise, if you are reserving seats for mutiple employees, but haven't decided who to send yet, you can also use this this button and it will fill in your info.

*Note: If you copy your info for multiple attendees, you will have to email Todd McDonald at [email protected] with the attendees' information as soon as possible so we can make sure they recieve follow up emails with important infomation and reminders about the class.

Lastly, you will enter your (the buyer's) billing and credit card information.

Please make sure the two checkboxes are marked so we can email attendees with information regarding hotel rooms, dining info, and class reminders.

Once everything is filled out, click "Purchase" and your're all set.

If the "Purchase" button is greyed out, double check the "State" and other boxes are filled out (your must physically click the state from the dropdown). Also sometimes the autofill will skip sections.

If you still have issues, please email Todd McDonald at [email protected]
